"The Gara Rock is a large, traditional hotel located on the coast of
the South Hams. The hotel's website combines an attractive visual layout with
a variety of easy to use facilities. Visitors can tour Gara Rock through a
virtual hotel guide and make a booking in the virtual reception. In the first
six months of the website, the hotel secured bookings to the value of £40,000
including weddings, corporate events and a number of overseas guests. Staff
have also been recruited via the site which has also assisted in reducing
costs."
